ASI 0620-6036 Stainless Steel Chan-Lok Frame Plate Glass Mirror
The ASI 0620-6036 is a 60" W x 36" H, surface-mounted plate glass mirror for commercial restroom installations. Its one-piece, satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel channel frame encases the mirror and backing and forms tight mitered corners.
Specifications
- Frame: One-piece roll-formed, 20-gauge Type 304 (18-8) stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Glazing: Standard #1 quality, 1/4" plate/float glass, silver-coated and hermetically sealed with electrolytic copper plating.
- Warranty: The mirror glass is warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
- Mounting: Surface-mounted on wall brackets and secured with a theft-resistant locking screw.
Installation guidance
ASI specifies installing the H wall brackets level and plumb with #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). Start the locking screw before hanging the mirror; after hanging, tighten it at the bottom. The locking screw is supplied separately and taped to the mirror back. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ABA Standards 2015 says the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" above the finished floor; confirm project requirements for the installation.
