ASI 0620-2220 Chan-Lok Plate Glass Mirror
The ASI 0620-2220 is a surface-mounted, 22 in. W x 20 in. H plate glass mirror for commercial restrooms. Its one-piece satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel channel frame encases the mirror and backing, with tight mitered corners and theft-resistant locking screws.
Specifications
- Mirror: standard 1/4 in. #1 quality plate glass, silver-coated and hermetically sealed.
- Frame: 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; the roll-formed channel measures 1/2 x 5/8 in.
- Mounting: surface-mounted on wall brackets and secured with a theft-resistant locking screw.
- ASI warrants the mirror against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
Installation guidance
Install the H wall brackets level and plumb using #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). ASI instructs installers to start the supplied locking screw, taped separately to the mirror back, before hanging the mirror. For installations intended to comply with the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, ASI specifies that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 in. above the finished floor.
