ASI 04684-9-F Surface-Mounted Dual Napkin and Tampon Vendor
This free-operation (-F) configuration dispenses 15 napkins and 23 tampons. The two dispensers operate independently. The door and cabinet are 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; the unit surface-mounts with its stainless steel collar.
Overall dimensions are 17-1/4" W x 27-1/4" H x 4-1/2" D. The collar slides over the rear of the cabinet and under its return. Mount the assembled unit using four #10A x 1-1/2" self-threading pan-head screws, which are by others.
Stocking and operation
Napkins are single, cardboard-boxed products measuring 4-1/4" x 3" x 1-1/8"; tampons are cardboard cylinders measuring 3/4" diameter x 5-1/4". The supplied feed-track weights must be used for positive feed. Replenish by unlocking and opening the door and manually reloading the tracks. An indicator displays when a product is depleted and blocks the coin slot.
Two tumbler locks secure the doors, and the internal coin box is keyed differently from the door locks. The dispensing mechanisms are fastener-mounted internally and can be changed for a different coin denomination if the configuration is changed.
