The Chicago Faucets 1920-135KJKCP is a high-performance, 69-inch Auto-Drain™ Vinyl Hose Assembly specifically designed for medical and institutional shower systems. This assembly is the hygienic alternative to traditional metal-braided hoses, featuring a smooth, reinforced vinyl construction that eliminates the crevices where biofilm and pathogens can hide. Engineered as a core component of the 1920 Series infection-control system, it works with an internal valve to automatically purge standing water from the hose after every use. Finished with polished chrome (CP) fittings and featuring ECAST® lead-free construction, this hose provides maximum reach and safety for patient bathing and assisted-care facilities.

The 1920-135KJKCP is the preferred choice for hospitals focused on bioburden reduction. While stainless steel hoses are durable, the smooth vinyl surface of the '135' is far easier for environmental services (EVS) staff to disinfect during room turnovers. Installation Tip: This hose features 1/2" NPSM connections. Pro Tip: Because this is a 69" hose, it is long enough to reach the floor in a standard ADA shower. To ensure the Auto-Drain™ feature works at 100% efficiency, make sure the hose is hung on its wall bracket when not in use. If left lying in a coil on the shower floor, gravity may not be able to pull the water out effectively, potentially leaving a small amount of stagnant water in the line.
