How to identify the right part

  1. Confirm the family
Look at the valve or faucet body and cover. Common flushometer families: Royal, Regal, Crown, G2, ECOS, SOLIS. Common faucet families: Optima EAF and EFX.
  2. Verify the rate
Flushometers use a rated gpf. Match your diaphragm kit to that rating. For faucets, note the spray head flow.
  3. Note the configuration
Exposed or concealed, manual or sensor, battery or hardwire. For ECOS and other electronic valves, record the power type.
  4. Measure connections
Vacuum breaker diameter and tube length, tailpiece length, and spud coupling size. This prevents fit issues.

Flushometer parts we stock every day

Diaphragm and performance kits

Chloramine-resistant diaphragm kits by gpf for Royal and Regal families. Performance kits bundle common wear items like the diaphragm, handle repair, vacuum breaker repair, and tailpiece o-ring so one box restores the valve.

Electronic internals for ECOS and others

ECOS uses a flex-tube diaphragm with a snap-in regulator that must match the gpf. Electronic valves use serviceable sensor modules, solenoids, and power packs. Match the regulator and diaphragm assembly to the listed rate.

Control stops and stop repair

H-700 series Bak-Chek angle stops are common on modern installs. One stop repair kit services both 3/4 inch and 1 inch H-700 stops. Older H-540 or H-600 use different kits. Keep the strainer clean to avoid weak flushes.

Vacuum breaker assemblies and repair

Complete assemblies are ordered by tube diameter and length. Repair kits service sleeves and inserts on V-500 series and newer assemblies. Confirm tube length, slip-joint gasket, and friction ring.

Tailpieces, spud couplings, and trim

Adjustable tailpieces, o-rings, locking rings, spud couplings with gaskets and flanges, plus cover tubes and wall flanges for a clean finish.

Electronic flushometer parts

  • G2 Optima Plus
Sensor module, solenoid operator, battery pack, and cover hardware. Order by valve type and gpf.
  • ECOS single-flush and dual-flush
Flex-tube diaphragm assembly with the correct regulator, sensor module, and power components. Many models include a true mechanical override.
  • SOLIS
Sensor, solenoid, and power components for solar-assisted battery models.

Optima faucet parts

  • EAF series
Solenoid cartridge, sensor assembly, battery box, filters and strainers, spray heads, and mounting hardware. Check battery type and sensor kit version.
  • EFX and BASYS
Sensor modules, solenoids, hoses, strainers, mixing components, and trim plates. Match by family and model to ensure connectors and lengths line up.

Troubleshooting quick wins

Flushometers

  • Short or weak flush: open the control stop, clean the stop strainer, confirm the diaphragm kit gpf matches the fixture
  • Long flush or run-on: inspect diaphragm relief ports for debris, check the vacuum breaker sleeve
  • Ghost flush: adjust or service the sensor, remove reflective targets in the sensing zone

Optima faucets

  • No water but solenoid clicks: open stops and clean inlet strainers
  • No click: replace battery or verify power, then check sensor lead and solenoid connections
  • Weak flow: clean or replace the spray head and inlet strainer

Ordering checklist

  • Valve or faucet family and exact configuration
  • Rated gpf or faucet flow rate
  • Vacuum breaker diameter and tube length
  • Tailpiece length and spud coupling size
  • Sensor power type and solenoid part for electronic models

FAQ

How do I know which diaphragm kit I need
Match the kit to the valve family and the rated gpf. The wrong kit will cause short or long flush issues.

Can one stop repair kit service multiple stop sizes
On H-700 series control stops, one kit services both 3/4 inch and 1 inch. Older stops use different kits.

What should I check first on a weak flush
Open the control stop and clean the strainer. Then verify the diaphragm kit matches the valve’s gpf and the fixture rating.

How do I identify my Optima faucet solenoid
Confirm the family and model. The EAF-2 solenoid is common on many EAF faucets, but always check the parts breakdown for your unit.
