Shipping:
Shipping is always free to all contiguous 48 US states for Standard Ground Delivery. Check Out - Orders other than 48 lower US states - Email CustomerService@ProDryers.com for shipping. We normally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, often within 24 hours of your order. You will be mailed a tracking number once your item is shipped.

Security Policy:
We have the best security available to protect your online orders. Any time you make a credit card transaction online, make sure the site uses SSL. You can often check that on any page asking for personal information such as a credit card number. Any page asking for personal information, should always start with https:// in your browser's url. The https:// will trigger the browser to show a secure locked icon. This protocol will encrypt your personal information over the web. We use ProStores to power our checkout process, a highly trusted eCommerce provider.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. We do not share your information with any 3rd parties. You can trust your information will be kept private with us.

Return Policy:
Returns must be properly packaged, uninstalled, in new condition, and in original packaging.  Shipping must be pre-paid by customer, and subject to inspection before refunds are issued.  Restocking fees apply with all returns and some exchanges.  Restocking fees vary depending on the manufacturer.  Contact 888-50-DRYER for an RMA number and instructions before returning.  Category Five Technologies, Inc. has the right to reject any returns past 30 days the delivery date.  All stocked items will be 20%.  Items that must be returned to the manufacturer may vary from 20% to 35% restocking fees.  Bradley items are only returnable if the item is a "BradEx" item.
